Official: Indicted Maryland lawmaker submits resignation
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) " A Maryland state senator facing federal bribery and obstruction of justice charges submitted a resignation letter Wednesday night.Sen. Nathaniel Oaks met Wednesday evening with Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller.
