Stansfield Turner, who led major CIA reforms, dies

SEATTLE (AP) " Stansfield A. Turner, who served as CIA director under President Jimmy Carter and oversaw reforms at the agency after the Senate uncovered CIA surveillance aimed at American citizens, has died.
