HONOLULU (AP) " Hawaii Attorney General Douglas Chin, who has been fighting President Donald Trump's travel ban and other policies over the past year, has announced he will run for U.S. Congress.Chin, a Democrat, seeks to replace Hawaii U.S. Rep.
