Nebraska city sells $43 house, may save thousands in deal
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) " A city in Nebraska has sold a house for only $43. But that may turn into a bargain for local taxpayers.The Lincoln Journal Star reports the city of Lincoln paid $675,000 for a land that will be used for a new fire station.Assistant Fire Chief Pat Borer says a house on the property was recently sold through an online auction for $43.
